Enabling / Disabling Space applications

You must be the Space Owner or Administrator to enable or disable Capps in a Space.

Go to Settings, under the heading Spaces you administer, select the Space you want to make changes to. Under Collaborative Applications you can see a list of apps that are available to your Space. Click the on/off toggle to show/hide applications.

Note that data is not deleted on disabling of a Space application. Applications that have been turned off would have all its content restored upon turning back on.
